1. Home Page  Hore

In the top right corner of the screen, you’ll find: a button for logging in or registering in the e-shop (  ), and a button to view your shopping cart (  ). Below that is the horizontal main menu of e-shop departments, which allows you to navigate into the store. When you hover your mouse over one of the main departments in the horizontal menu, a submenu of subcategories will expand. You can click any of these to enter the respective section.
If you're visiting our site for the first time, you will be asked to consent to the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored on your device by our server. They ensure the functionality of the e-shop website, and some cookies may be used for marketing or targeted advertising purposes. If you select “REJECT ALL”, only those cookies essential for the functionality of the e-shop will be stored. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on the cookie icon (  ) in the bottom left corner of the e-shop window. Consent to the use of cookies is required under Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications (as amended), and Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and Council.
At the bottom of the screen, you will find informational links about shopping: General Provisions, Privacy Policy, and Help. You’ll also find Articles and the contact details of the e-shop operator.

2. Categories – Product Groups  Hore

The products in our store are organized into groups that roughly correspond to the construction groups found in spare parts catalogs for Zetor tractors. For this reason, we recommend using the appropriate spare parts catalog for your specific tractor model when searching for or ordering parts. When you click on a group name, all spare parts belonging to that group will be displayed. Larger groups may be spread across multiple pages, and some groups also contain subgroups.

3. Product Overview  Hore

When you click on the name of a group or subgroup, its content will be displayed in the form of a table. By clicking on the "Preset Sorting" dropdown, you can sort the table by catalog number or product name, either in ascending (from lowest to highest) or descending (from highest to lowest) order. Each row of the table includes, from left to right, the product’s catalog number, a thumbnail image, the product name, the price excluding VAT and including VAT, a field to enter the desired quantity. To the right of the quantity field, you'll find the "Buy" button, which adds the specified quantity to your order (i.e., to the shopping cart). The rightmost column of the table shows how many units of each item from that department are currently in your cart.

4. Search  Hore

At the top center of the screen (above the product categories), you’ll find two search fields. The left field allows you to search by catalog number – simply enter the part number of the item you're looking for. The right field allows you to search by product name. You can enter the catalog number without spaces, dashes, dots, etc. The search starts automatically after entering just a few characters. All items containing the entered text will be displayed in the search results. Results are sorted by best match to the entered text.

5. Tractor Filter  Hore

Items displayed in each department can be filtered by the tractor model series they are intended for. Clicking the "Tractor Type" button opens an image-based menu of tractor models, where you can select a model series by clicking on the corresponding tractor image. The filter can also be activated via the drop-down text menu labeled “– all –”, where you can select the tractor type by name. To clear the filter, simply click the “x” icon to the right of the tractor selection controls.

6. Shopping Cart  Hore

The shopping cart represents your order in progress. By adding items to the cart, you are selecting the products you wish to purchase. The quantity of items in the cart can be adjusted before submitting the order, and items can also be removed if necessary. Within a selected product group, the cart’s contents are displayed in the right column of the table. To view the full cart, click the "Cart" icon located in the top right corner of the page. If the page header is not visible (e.g. on mobile devices), a floating "Cart" button appears in the center of the screen, which also continuously displays the total price (incl. VAT) of the items in your order.

For registered and logged-in customers, the contents of an unsubmitted (in-progress) order will not be deleted upon logging out. Once logged back in, the customer may continue editing the order and proceed to checkout.

7. Adding Items to Cart and Editing Quantities  Hore

By clicking the "Buy" button on the right side of the table or in the product detail view, you add the selected item to your cart (i.e., to your order). Simply enter the desired quantity and click "Buy". The item is immediately added to your cart, and the selected quantity will appear in the "Cart" column on the right side of the table. To edit the quantity of items already added, open the full cart view by clicking the "Cart" button.

Note: The product image in the e-shop may show multiple units for illustration purposes. However, the actual order quantity is based on the unit of measurement and the product description (e.g., piece, pair, set, kit, etc.).

8. Checkout and Order Submission  Hore

Clicking the "Cart" icon or button opens your order overview. The next step is to select a delivery and payment method on the following screen. In the third step, you will be asked to enter your contact details. If you are a registered customer, your contact information will be filled in automatically after logging in. If you are not registered, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed manually. Unregistered customers have the option to register during checkout, or they may opt out by deselecting the "I want to register" checkbox. Before submitting the order, you are required to check the box to confirm your agreement with the Terms and Conditions. The order is finalized by clicking the "Order" button. After a successful submission, an automatically generated confirmation is sent immediately to your e-mail address. The availability and delivery date of the ordered goods will then be confirmed in writing by the Seller (usually by e-mail).

9. Login and User Account  Hore

Before submitting your order, you must fill in your billing and delivery information. One of the advantages of registering in our online store is that you only need to enter your details once – during your first purchase. Upon future logins, your data will be automatically retrieved from the server. Once registered, customers can simply log in during future purchases using their login name and password. Your login name is your e-mail address.

You may update your personal information at any time to reflect current details. If you wish to cancel your registration, you can do so via the “E-mail” or “More Information” links located at the bottom of the store’s homepage, or by sending a written request by post to our address. Registration, data updates, and cancellation of registration are free of charge. For details about how we protect your personal data, click the "Personal Data Protection" link.

To log in, click the “Login in” icon or button located in the top right corner of the screen. After logging in, you can view your favorite items, past orders, check or update your personal information, or log out properly.

10. Cash on Delivery and Payment Confirmation  Hore

Couriers of the express parcel service do not issue a payment receipt when delivering cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments. The tax document (invoice) is included in a transparent envelope attached to the parcel. If you need a payment confirmation for the COD, you can generate it on the website of Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o. Simply click on the option "Enter the generator" (Document Generator) and enter the shipment number (16 digits) along with your postal code in the form provided.
